My favorite kind of recipes are the ones with 5 ingredients or less. This one has 4: peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and almond flour. The protein and fiber from the nuts and the sugar + syrup help to give you sustained energy. I probably ate 5 in a row when I first made them, they were so good!
