I have recently been turning to yoga in times of stress these past few months. Either I am overwhelmed with school work, or I just need to escape the craziness of my life every once in a while. I have done yoga a bit in the past, and I enjoyed it alot!
Over the past few months I have been practicing Hatha Yoga in order to relax just a little bit more.
I found an amazing YouTube video to follow for 15 mins a day just to recharge.
